miro Cheese 2024 🧀!
A tradition organized by the team, for the team!
The aroma of raclette filled our canteens before generous portions of raclette were scraped onto each engineer's dish. The meal was elevated by Juerg (Ziggy) Siegenthaler who had brought a variety of expertly curated wines that paired wonderfully with the rich cheese. The variety of textures: creamy melty cheese in the middle, a satisfying chew around the edges, and the incredible caramelized crispy rind is all I can think about while writing this.
The line of plates seemed never-ending as everyone rejoined the queue to collect their second, and third helpings. Each plate was adorned with potatoes and, pickles that were sprinkled with a variety of seasonings.
As the wine bottles became lighter and hunger satisfied, there's no better way to bid farewell to the office for 2024.
