Liliane Paradise as new COO

𝗔𝗻𝗻𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗟𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗮𝗻𝗲 𝗣𝗮𝗿𝗮𝗱𝗶𝘀𝗲 𝗮𝘀 𝗖𝗵𝗶𝗲𝗳 𝗢𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗢𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗲𝗿, 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗴𝗶𝗰 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻

Miromico is delighted to announce the appointment of Liliane Paradise as Chief Operating Officer (COO), effective immediately. Since joining Miromico in April 2021 as Head of Hardware and subsequently being promoted to Head of Operations and Innovation in November 2023, Liliane has consistently exhibited exceptional leadership and technical expertise across a broad spectrum of areas, including product marketing and development, business development, market analysis, project management, and coordination of partner networks. Her commitment to innovation and operational excellence will drive Miromico’s continued success in the IoT and embedded systems sectors.

Liliane has an impressive background in both technical and managerial roles. She led Miromico’s hardware team, overseeing design activities and production from proof of concept to mass production, focusing on ultra-low-power wireless devices. Her technical expertise encompasses embedded firmware development, circuit design for low-power and RF applications, PCB schematics and layout, and design verification and characterization. Following her promotion to Head of Operations and Innovation in 2023, Liliane expanded her responsibilities to drive innovation in new technologies.

Liliane succeeds Juerg (Ziggy) Siegenthaler, who has played a key role in Miromico’s operational success. Alex Raimondi remains Chief Technology Officer (CTO), ensuring the company’s engineering initiatives consistently align with its vision of innovation and excellence. The Board of Directors expresses gratitude to the management board and the engineering team at Miromico and warmly welcomes Liliane in her new role.

𝗕𝗼𝗮𝗿𝗱 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗨𝗽𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗲𝘀

Miromico’s leadership structure continues to evolve in response to the demands of a rapidly growing market. The Board of Directors has been expanded with the addition of Schekeb Fateh in 2023, who also retains his position as CEO. Co-founders Robert Reutemann and Michael Rüegg remain integral members of the board. This cohesive structure provides a strong foundation for ongoing innovation while maintaining continuity in leadership.

With this leadership transition and a robust board structure, Miromico AG reaffirms its commitment to delivering innovative IoT solutions while promoting sustainable growth for years to come.
